Four generations, more than 100 years in business
The history of Edilerica began in 1920 with Eng. Emilio Quojani, its founder.
It was during those years that the foundation was laid for more than a century of expertise, professionalism and passion. Four generations later, Edilerica holds firm to the purpose with which it was founded: to enhance Italy’s historical, cultural and artistic heritage. The solidity transmitted to the company by Eng. Emilio Quojani is not the only legacy collected by successive generations.
Alongside its construction work, from 1980 onwards, under the guidance of Carlo Rocchi, Edilerica began to specialize in the recovery and conservation of buildings of great historical and artistic value. In those years its relationship with the heritage Superintendencies grew stronger as the company won major contracts for the protection and restoration of public monuments.

Edilerica’s qualifications include class VIII, the highest, which allows it to carry out contracts of unlimited value in categories OG1 (civil and industrial buildings) and OG2 (restoration and maintenance of protected heritage buildings), as well as category OS2-A, which qualifies the company for artistic restoration.
Further categories allow the company to take on a wide range of work, including building services.
