DESCRIPTION OF THE OPERATION The project aimed at the digital transformation of EDILERICA’s business processes, with particular focus on internal collaboration, document management, cybersecurity, and data protection. Through the adoption of the Microsoft 365 suite (Measure B – Digital Workplace), integrated tools for email, document sharing, and team collaboration (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) were introduced, enabling more structured, traceable workflows that are also accessible remotely. The compliant digital preservation of documents and the use of remote signatures improve administrative management and regulatory compliance. Through the Cloud / Database Backup measures (Measure D.4) and Cyber Security interventions (Measure E), advanced cloud backup solutions and security systems have been adopted, both perimeter-based and on endpoints, including next-generation firewalls, advanced device protection, and multi-factor authentication. These measures have increased the resilience of the IT infrastructure, reduced the risk of data loss, and strengthened operational continuity both on construction sites and at the company offices. Overall, the project has enabled EDILERICA to enhance the efficiency, security, and reliability of its digital processes, supporting the company’s growth and innovation path.
